The caravan sets out

A turn-based, offline diorama puzzle. Three acts, 36 levels and 6 hidden ones; every move is a considered one.

  • 36 + 6levels and hidden levels
  • 3acts
  • 0network requests while you play
A caravanserai courtyard from Act 1: mudbrick walls, an indigo awning, stacked carpets and two caravan figures on an isometric diorama slab.

The rule

You take one step, the board takes one

No dice, no reflexes, no surprise rules. Every enemy behaviour is an open rule, taught before a level ever relies on it. The same sequence of moves always gives the same result.

    Tap a connected stop

The caravan only walks to a node joined by a line. Where you can go is always drawn on screen.

  • 02

    The board answers

Each threat takes a single step along its own pattern. You see its next step before you commit to yours — and not by colour alone, but by its pattern too.

  • 03

Undo if you don't like it

Undo is unlimited, because trying should not be punished. When you are stuck, a three-stage hint is free and never costs you a star.

The promise

Three principles

  • 01

    Offline and ad-free

Once loaded, the game never touches the network again. There are no ads, no in-app purchases, no accounts and no trackers; no data ever leaves your device.

    Stoppable at any moment

The game saves after every move, so you can close it and return weeks later to the very same frame. There are no timers, no energy and no waiting periods.

    No luck, no punishment

The road

Three acts, one journey

Every level has three goals: finish it, finish it in the fewest moves, collect the relic along the way. The interludes are told as short wordless scenes.

Read in the wiki · Acts
  • Act I · 12 levels + 2 hidden

    Caravanserai and Bazaar

Terracotta, sand, brass. The cloth is deliberately indigo: the red-orange band is reserved for threat.

  • Act II · 12 levels + 2 hidden

    Desert and Oasis

Sand yellow, sky turquoise, palm green. The contrast between hot ground and cold sky is the act's signature.

  • Act III · 12 levels + 2 hidden

    Mountain Pass and Fortress

Grey-blue stone, snow white, dark timber, flag maroon. Bright vermilion belongs to threat alone.

Last stop

Load it once, then forget the network

It opens in your browser and behaves identically in airplane mode after the first load. No account is created, no payment details are asked for, and there is nothing to download.
